Do you possess a keen eye for detail? As a Projects Coordinator within Fire Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of Fire Compliance by providing seamless administrative support and coordination. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our operational excellence, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
As part of your role, you’ll coordinate team meetings and site visits and ensure that every piece of equipment and all necessary materials are ready and waiting. But your role goes beyond just logistics. You’ll be the bridge between your team and the stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop about the project’s progress. Your role is also about ensuring the wheels keep turning, quite literally. You’ll oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance documentation, making sure everything is up to date and running smoothly. You’ll also coordinate equipment servicing, ensuring that everything is in top condition and ready for action. You’ll work hand in hand with the Business Information Manager, assisting in the preparation of monthly forms, keeping an eye on approvals, and managing contractor instructions. You’ll handle administrative tasks related to fire door inspections and lifecycle claims with precision and care.

To set you up for success you’ll have proven experience in providing administrative support. You’ll be someone who doesn’t just do a job but takes ownership of it. You understand the importance of confidentiality and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
Salary: Up to £28,500 dependent on skills and experience
Location: Tidworth
