The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, the primary role is to provide support with the administration of one of our most high-profile brands.
This includes collating, organising, creating, and distributing brand information to the Sales Team and other internal departments to assist in maximising the potential of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* From the information provided by the brand, create the following documents to align with the brand customer segmentation matrix: Multiple Excel Price Lists, Multiple PowerPoint Range Presentation Decks, and Multiple Directories.
* Coordinate the setting up of all new products with the Purchasing department.
* Liaise with Purchasing to propose initial order quantities at the beginning of each season in conjunction with customer orders & historic data.
* Collate and log key product & packaging data from the brand.
* Rename and organise all brand assets to create a database accessible to retailers.
* Manage the brand range information on the internal system (i.e. Selling Periods).
* Identify all discontinued products and manage remaining stock out (i.e. Clearance).
* Monitor the performance of all brand promotions.
* Liaise with Customer Services to collate all Warranty claim information.
* Oversee the management of the customer segmentation matrix document.
* Collate and manage all brand seasonal product launch information.
* Log and track the brand marketing budget.
* Assist coordination of key retailer in-store projects to ensure successful activation in conjunction with the brand’s Trade Marketing team.
* Review and assess all new customer leads for the brand.
* Manage and organise product samples.
* Presentation and maintenance of the brand in the customer showroom.
* Attend key meetings with retailers with the Director of Brand Management and Director of Sales as required.
* Attend trade shows as required to support the Sales & Marketing teams.
* Carry out any other job-related duties which may be requested from time to time by the Director of Brand Management.
In addition, support the Marketing Team by managing the following projects across all brands as required:
* Maintain the internal image drive and retailer Dropbox site.
* Product clearance document.
* Promotions calendar.
* Brand POS master document.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* 2 years relevant experience in a comparable business structure or educated to graduate level.
* Able to demonstrate working experience in the key responsibilities.
* Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
* Must hold a full driving licence.
