A1 Jobs have an immediate requirement for a Mechanical Fitter, 6 month contract, based in East Kilbride.
The role will require you to travel to Aberdeen 1 week out of 6; accommodation and travel will be paid.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
2. Conducting installations and repairs on a range of machinery, maintaining the highest safety standards.
3. Applying your expertise in medium pipefitting work (screwed pipe).
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience in pipefitting, screwed pipe, and electrical work.
2. Knowledge of equipment installation and maintenance.
3. Driving licence and own transport will be required due to the location.
