The Salad Project: £11.55 per hour | MUST BE ABLE TO COVER 24th March - 3rd April - 20 - 30 hours
We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six-store operation, expanding across London.

Shifts available: morning, evening & weekend.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist our cooks in keeping our kitchen spotless.
2. Wash all cookware and equipment used by chefs.
3. Wash bowls, tongs, and dressing bottles used for serving our salads.
4. Keep team members stocked up with clean, dry equipment.
5. Assist with short daily deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
6. Report to the Kitchen Manager.
Expectations:
1. Efficiency, Reliability, Strong Work Ethic.
2. Strong work ethic to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods.
3. Turning up on time for shifts.
4. Adaptability to assist with a variety of tasks, including simple food prep if necessary.
5. Respect for team members and managers.
6. Ideally, you will have some experience working in a kitchen/cleaning role.
7. Experience/readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
£11.55 per hour.
30 days holiday package (including bank holidays).
Free lunch/dinner from The Salad Project when working over 6 hours.
