ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a team of two within the finance department, and collaborate closely with the CEO and key stakeholders across the organization. This role is office-based, boasting exceptional benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide financial performance reports.
* Oversee finance for the business.
* Prepare management accounts and other reports.
* Assist in annual budget.
* Manage year-end reporting and audits.
* Support budget holders in financial management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Accountant - ACCA / ACA / CIMA / CIPFA / ICAEW
* Previously managed a finance department.
* Must have charity sector experience.
