We are recruiting a Billing Operations Specialist to be responsible for managing the onboarding process in relation to billing for new clients and Pinsent Masons offices Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Previous experience of Aderant Expert Billing preferable. Visio skills preferable Previous experience of working in an international Law Firm. Previous experience of complex Billing processes including new client onboarding. Experience in process improvement. Previous experience of e-billing and other billing platforms. Working knowledge of SAR's and VAT compliance Oversee and manage new client onboarding which require specific billing processes Working with the relevant PM teams to ensure all due diligence is carried out in line with PM policies Keeping all relevant stakeholders updated on progress Creating and documenting client billing processes before sharing with the relevant teams Monitoring the early billing runs to ensure new processes are working as expected What happens next?
