We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for an Outstanding 3-form entry school in Redbridge, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time position. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages engagement and personal growth.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring progress for every student.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent, high-quality teaching.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child’s progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide activities as required.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3, and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Passion for high-quality teaching and a commitment to academic excellence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
