Role: PA to the Headteacher and SLT
Grade and Salary: Grade 5: £26,169 - £27,963 per annum (£30,559 - £32,654 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, term time only
Contract term: Permanent

The role:
The Manor Academy are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant who will support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks. The role will also deputise for the Operations Manager and support them with tasks.
The role will involve diary management, screening phone calls and correspondence for the Headteacher, arranging meetings and preparing reports.
The person:
The successful candidate will have experience of organising meetings, papers and minutes. Strong administrative skills are essential. The post holder will need to be able to communicate with a range of people including colleagues, students and families. Experience of working in a school is not essential but would be advantageous.
