Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of complex projects based on the ServiceNow platform.
2. Define technical solutions (at an architectural and design level of detail).
3. Deliver compelling solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform.
4. Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues through all stages of the project lifecycle.
5. Continuous growth of knowledge around the ServiceNow platform through certifications, internal/external webinars, case studies, training, community, and other resources.
6. Ability to establish deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members.
7. Guide, mentor, and train team members.
8. Create value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow.
9. Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projects.
10. Ability to define and implement best practices.
11. Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
12. Ability to author clear and comprehensive documentation.
13. Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach.
Required Skills:
1. ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations, Scripting.
2. Experience in complex ServiceNow integrations API-based and ability to create integration architecture.
3. Experience on Core module (Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Asset Management).
4. Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments.
5. Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies.
6. Experience in creating and modifying custom applications.
7. Experience in creating templates for foundation data, CMDB, etc.
8. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
9. Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites.
