The successful candidate will be required to: Provide administration support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team. Develop and maintain records and analyse data for reporting. Provide support to liaise with a variety of learning providers for seamless enrolments and high-quality delivery of apprenticeships and widening participation initiatives, schemes and programmes Process and monitor applications in line with Trust processes Create and maintain intranet pages and engage with social media promotion Engage with local schools, colleges and job centres and wider stakeholders to support career conversations and opportunities to attract the NHS future workforce. Main duties of the job We are seeking an individual with the following knowledge and experience: Strong communication skills: communicating with staff working at all levels across the Trust, the general public, outside agencies and stakeholders.
