Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Paediatric Critical Care Unit based at The James Cook University Hospital for Band 5 Staff nurses. We look after children from birth until 18 years requiring short term intensive care or high dependency care. We care for children who are critically ill due to medical, surgical or trauma reasons and a family centred approach to care is essential. Main duties of the job We are a team committed to delivering and maintaining high quality patient care and are looking to attract a nurse that shares our goal. In return we will support ongoing professional development by way of full preceptorship and provide opportunities for the individual to develop their clinical skills.
