Contractor Co-Ordinator
37 Hours Per Week
c£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We have an exciting new vacancy to join Homefix, our internal repairs and planned works service. The Contractor Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our trade teams with the effective management of our external trade contractors.
You will be highly organised to ensure that our records and contract documentation are up-to-date and compliant. Through communication and collaboration with Trade Managers and Team Leaders, you will ensure works undertaken at our customers’ homes are carried out to a good quality standard, to the agreed specification and within budget. Whilst this is advertised as a full time role, consideration would be given to flexible working for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Great organisational skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.
* Experience as a confident user of IT systems to organise and process information.
* Good time management skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
* Confident approach to problem solving and decision making.
* Ideally, you will also have experience in handling purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
* Familiarity with the Decent Homes Standard and related regulations would also be an advantage.
