We are currently seeking self-motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the Wellbeing service team on a casual basis. Working as part of a team in a busy front-line service that will at times require you to prioritize customer needs with programs, procedures, and processes.
Experience: Relevant experience in a leisure and customer services environment is required.
The positions are for both qualified and unqualified Leisure Assistants roles.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for supervising pools. A RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is the minimum requirement for this role, as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, security, and safety of the facilities.
Unqualified Leisure Assistants must also ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, security, and safety of the facilities.
