Position: Miele Professional - Field Service Technician
Commercial appliances and equipment
Location: Stoke on Trent, M6, Congleton - You must be based in the described area to be appointed to the role.
Reporting to: Professional Field Service Manager
You will be servicing and repairing the complete range of Professional appliances installed in a wide range of commercial applications, companies & businesses. For example, industrial washing machines, tumble dryers and laboratory equipment washers. As a Miele Professional Technician working from home, no two days are the same and you will experience different working environments each and every day. Some out of area travel, occasional stays away from home and out of hours work may be required, and we ask for flexibility around this element.
About You
Ideally you will have worked in an Appliance engineer or Appliance technician role. However, if you bring technical experience from any industry that would be an advantage, we are flexible on you background and can offer full training on our appliances. In turn we will support your training to achieve great results in line with our “Immer Besser” philosophy.
Alongside your existing skills and experience, we’re looking for engaged team players who will collaborate, innovate and use their passion to drive an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

* Starting salary which increases incrementally and is reviewed annually against market benchmarks and can be increased as further training and product skills are completed.
* Daily Lunch Allowance (included in OTE calculation) £1,449.50
