We are working with an exciting, UK-based client who has an impressive global enterprise customer base in the HR tech and Intranet space. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll take ownership of managing and coordinating Enterprise-level RFPs, ensuring responses align with the company’s high standards. You’ll be the linchpin in driving the bid process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals that win business with large, global clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end bid management process for enterprise-level opportunities. Develop high-quality RFP responses that align with client needs and showcase the value of the company’s solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to deliver winning bids. Drive continuous improvement in the bid process and proposal quality. Requirements: Proven experience managing bids for large-scale software/technology solutions. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
