As part of the Sales Administration team of 6, you will be working closely with the sales team and trade customers, processing orders, arranging deliveries, and being the first point of contact for any queries.
Duties of the Sales Administrator:
1. Account managing clients, processing orders, arranging deliveries, and returns.
2. Updating the system, raising invoices & credit notes.
3. Handling customer queries, checking prices, and addressing any delivery issues.
4. Responsible for shipping and intrastat paperwork, completing customer declarations and VAT, and working with logistics companies to ensure products are dispatched from warehouses in Europe.
5. Providing good customer service and keeping customers updated on delivery times.
Experience required of the Sales Administrator:
1. Good communication skills in English.
2. 2nd European language, ideally German, Italian, or Spanish.
3. Must have previous sales admin or sales order processing experience.
4. Good knowledge of import and export procedures, warehousing, and logistics.
5. PC literate, especially in Excel; knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP tools is beneficial.
Package on offer for the Sales Administrator:
£33,000 - £45,000 including bonus, depending on languages and experience, plus an excellent benefits package and parking (hybrid role, office hours).
