Job Description
This role will focus on delivering key hires to projects in the UK and Europe. The role will entail:
* Pre-screening candidates - Via phone and MS Teams.
* Direct sourcing of candidates.
* CV searching - Primarily LinkedIn.
* Writing engaging job adverts.
* Relationship building with internal stakeholders.
* Understanding project requirements.
Qualifications
Prior technical recruitment experience would be a huge benefit, the key things you need to bring to this role are:
* Demonstrable experience within a recruitment role (Agency or In-house)
* Confident communicator.
* A focus on delivering to objectives and timelines.
* Inquisitive nature - Asking questions to further yourself and the business.
Additional Information
* Permanent role.
* Salary - Up to £40k per year
* Bonus and Commission.
* Hybrid working - 3 Days in the office per week
