Category Manager - Procurement, Salary Up to £55k + car allowance, life insurance, benefits and career opportunities, Hybrid remote with flexibility in terms of candidate location in the UK. Some travel to a local office and other sites in the UK as required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager / Procurement Manager to join an industry leading and global business with sites across the UK. Applicants will need to have previous experience in a Category Manager, Procurement Manager, Senior Buyer or Supply Chain role within construction, manufacturing, engineering or infrastructure. Category management experience, with a strong focus on project leadership and strategic execution.
The role of Category Manager
To lead, develop, and execute category and sourcing strategies across various spend categories. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, with a proven track record of leading projects and driving strategic initiatives. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering results through a motivated and entrepreneurial approach. Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of procurement processes are essential for influencing stakeholders and driving meaningful change across the organisation.
