You will join our Taw Valley-based team to collaborate closely with the Operations Manager on improving line performance and driving continuous improvements. This position is essential for leading and taking responsibility for your designated area, with a focus on personnel, equipment, and materials. You will be an integral member of the Operations Team, working alongside Factory Departmental Team Leaders and various specialists. From here, you will work across the organisation, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and stable operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the LCO Team to ensure efficient and stable operations. You will work closely with various departments to optimize resources, improve line performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Your leadership and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to driving success in the Liquid Area.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the LCO Team to improve line performance using LEAN tools, APS, SPC, and OEE. Develop and coach employees based on Good Leadership, Good Values, and competency development.
* Optimize and plan resources in cooperation with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and stable operations. Ensure quality, food safety, and compliance with Arla Foods' standards and applicable laws.
* Responsible for balanced scorecard development including safety, quality, delivery, productivity & sustainability. Optimize and plan resources in cooperation with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and stable operations.
* Ensure an efficient and stable operations process anchored in KPI fulfilment based on team performance.
* Responsible for KPI development including safety, quality, delivery, productivity & sustainability while ensuring optimal utilization of resources alongside Team Leaders.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing production teams in a fast-paced dairy environment, ideally within FMCG.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a commitment to getting the job done.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in IT systems and confident with numbers and written communication.
* Good understanding of ERP ideally SAP and MES systems.
* A solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* The ability to inspire and develop team members.
* Adaptability and the willingness to challenge existing practices to achieve superior outcomes.
