Your Role
As the Organisation Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organisational structure to drive efficiency, foster agility, and support our strategic ambitions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, HR, and business unit heads to design and implement structures that align with our company’s goals and evolving market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to assess and align organisational structures with business strategies.
* Design & Implementation: Lead the design and delivery of organisational frameworks, operating models, and role structures to support strategic goals.
* Change Management: Drive the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across the business.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on organisational changes.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyse organisational performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
What You Bring:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in organisation design, preferably within a global or complex business environment.
* Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to align organisational structures with business strategies and objectives.
* Change Management Expertise: Proven track record in leading change initiatives, with a deep understanding of the human aspects of change.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to assess current structures, interpret data, and identify gaps and opportunities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management, and workforce planning.
