The Role
The main purpose of your role will be an individual within his own home working in a person-centred way with all aspects of their daily living, including shopping, finances, cooking, housework and personal care.
With the individuals we support also enjoying various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in arts & crafts, gardening, going to the cinema, meals out, swimming, discos and going for walks to name a few. As well as going for lunches out where macaroni cheese is always a popular choice!
As the people we support has their own mobility car, we will need you to have a full UK driving licence with at least 1 years experience on the roads.
About You
All we need you to bring is: -
1. A caring and compassionate attitude
2. Active listening skills
3. Great communication skills
4. A positive approach to learning
5. Confidence in the use of computers
6. Full UK manual driving licence with one years experience.
You don't need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!
Shifts
As we are dedicated to providing support tailored to the needs of each individual shift patterns will cover 7 days a week between 8am and 10pm.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
