This role will be worked as full-time days on Monday and Tuesday (08.30-17.00). You will provide a cheery and professional first point of contact for visitors, enquirers, and service users at the Braintree campus in both reception & learning resources areas, providing first class customer service and accurate information, referring to other areas as needed. You will utilise and enter data accurately into college systems, including issuing, renewing and return of items on the library management system and shelving and handling of items to maximise accessibility.
About you
You will have experience of providing a flexible customer focused support service in a variety of ways, including face to face, by phone and electronic methods. Excellent experience of following policies and procedures to process information and produce documents/materials to a high standard of presentation, accuracy, and speed is also a key requirement of the role.
