Senior Transactions Officer

Salary: £32,010 - £37,626
Hours: 36 per week
An opportunity has arisen within Assessment and Finance for a dynamic and innovative individual to work within the benefits service ensuring that services are dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
1. A comprehensive understanding of the relevant legislation in relation to the administration of Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction
2. A sound working knowledge of NEC (Revenues and Benefits) and Civica Digital 360
3. The ability to provide technical support to their team on complex enquiries
4. An enthusiasm to get involved in projects or initiatives as part of improvement plans
5. The ability to work with challenging customers

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
