About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Management Team Lead to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire and lead the Senior Account Management Team, fostering significant growth for both new brands and our established portfolio.
2. Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
3. Motivate your team to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals through strategic account management and proactive client engagement.
4. Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, enhance strategies, and report on essential success metrics.
5. Take charge of forecasting and pipeline management to ensure ongoing business growth.
6. Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the company's strategic direction and drive impactful initiatives.
Tell us about yourself…
We’d love to hear from you if you possess the following:
1. Experience in assisting a Senior or Key Account team in securing high-value deals that involve complex and intricate processes.
2. Background in a digital marketing or SaaS company, with a focus on direct sales to brands and agencies.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis to enhance deal optimization.
