* Hybrid working pattern: Mon-Wed in the office in Central London and 2 days from home
The role:
* As an international account manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of international high profile commercial relationships and will have full P&L responsibility.
* The International Account Manager (Franchise) will be responsible for shaping and delivering successful JBPs, Pricing and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
* Having responsibility for onboarding new franchise partners the International Account Manager (Franchise) will have full P&L ownership for partners and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with key contacts within key partners.
* In the role the International Account Manager (Franchise) will maintain a deep understanding of the partners and their consumers and will identify opportunities for growth.
Ideal candidate:
* You will be an ambitious, engaging national account manager with full P&L ownership of large retail or grocery account(s) with proven successes.
* As an International Account Manager (Franchise), you will have proven ability in driving and negotiating successful JBPs.
* Due to the location and culture, the ideal international account manager will thrive in a sociable and dynamic culture in central London and be excited by the prospect of new product/partnership launches.
* The successful international account manager must have excellent relationship building skills, you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.
* As an International Account Manager (Franchise), you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to actively drive profits.
* It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for building relationships and a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation and influencing skills.
