Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities and/or autism?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Project Worker to join our dedicated residential team supporting young people with additional needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing consistent, structured care and support in line with individual support plans.

Working waking night shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24-hour support for young people.
*
Building strong, professional relationships based on empathy, acceptance and understanding.
*
Supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or autism, including those who may present behaviours that challenge.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience working directly with children and young people – particularly those with additional needs – is highly desirable.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide structure, reliability, and consistency.
*
A compassionate, resilient attitude and a commitment to building meaningful connections with young people.
*
A relevant qualification at SCQF Level 7 (e.g. SVQ3 in Children and Young People) and HNC in Social Services, or the willingness to work towards these (funding support may be available).
*
SSSC registration or eligibility to register as part of employment
