Capgemini Engineering are looking for a dedicated, passionate Delivery Executive to join our rapidly growing team within Capgemini Engineering. We are looking for an individual with experience in the Aerospace Domain, a strong desire for career advancement and the ability to put our customers at the centre of Delivery.
The Delivery Executive will oversee all aspects of delivery within their assigned aerospace accounts to ensure a positive customer experience. You will also:
1. Collaborate with their partnered Account Executive(s) to ensure we align Capgemini services to meet customer expectations in a competitive environment and that relevant new services are visible to the customer in the form of demonstrations, points-of-view, white papers, briefings, etc.
2. Actively drive delivery-led selling across assigned Accounts.
3. Meet financial and non-financial targets for assigned accounts, including leading on profitability improvement initiatives.
4. Accountable for delivery of Engagements within their assigned accounts, plus the capacity and competency of Engagement Managers under their direct management.
The DE is a duty holder for Project-related safety within a formal chain of delegated accountability and authority. The nature of the safety risk held will vary by Engagement and Engineering Capability employed.
Your Role
1. Delivering agreed performance parameters by balancing risks and opportunities within assigned accounts.
2. Assess the suitability of projects and services for inclusion in their area of responsibility and control their entry through participation in the bid process.
3. Maintain a beneficial and manageable balance of projects and services in line with Account plans.
4. Review and assure the effective management of Engagements.
5. Monitor and forecast the financial performance to maximize contribution margin across Accounts.
6. Forecast and manage the capacity and skills required to deliver current and future projects and services.
7. Sponsor the objectives, infrastructure and resources required to deliver the Engagements.
8. Establish a culture of ethical behaviour.
9. Achieve assigned utilisation and margin targets for oneself and their assigned team of Engagement Managers.
Location: Bristol
Hybrid - on average, 2-3 days per week in Bristol.
So, what do you need?
1. Degree in either Engineering, Business, PMP or equivalent practical experience.
2. Project Management experience, including handling multiple clients, business lines and environments.
3. Experience working in the Aerospace domain.
4. Experience within strategic and transformation consulting.
Desirable but not essential:
1. Professional accreditation in a relevant Project Management field.
