About the Role
As a Peripatetic Support Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing high standards of care across various homes. In this flexible and varied role, you’ll step in as a Home Manager when needed, support existing management teams, and contribute to ongoing projects that drive compliance, team engagement, and resident well-being.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide Leadership and Support: Step into management roles as required, supporting recruitment, training and team engagement initiatives.
Uphold Quality Standards: Help each home meet monthly compliance targets and maintain top-quality care, ensuring homes achieve strong ratings.
Drive Positive Change: Take part in key projects to improve occupancy, reduce vacancies, and cultivate a positive, values-driven culture across homes.
Why this role?
Competitive Salary and Quarterly Bonus: £45,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus teceive up to 15% of salary in quarterly performance bonuses.

About you:
Experienced in Care Management: At least one year as a Home Manager, with hands-on experience in elderly residential or nursing homes, especially through CQC inspections with good or outstanding results.
Qualified & Committed: NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent; willing to work towards high qualifications is a bonus.
