We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with Royal Navy or Royal Marine military service and staff experience at the WO1/SO2 or higher who possesses excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing strong relationships with strategic customers and coordinating of multiple resources to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions to complex customer requirements. How you'll support us Provide a pan-Integrated Warfare Support Team (IWST) Project Management (PM) function in support of the Head of the Northwood Team and IWST PM to ensure effective delivery of required exercise support Deployed on the ground management and support of specified exercises and events Support exercise planning as agreed through the IWST PM and with the relevant Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC) Exercise Planning Team Leader Develop resourcing plan with the IWST PM Take appropriate action to meet exercise budgets in consultation with the IWST PM and IWC exercise staff Flexible day-to-day response to meet customers capability requirements Responsible for identifying opportunities for business development Representing TSG and MASS at industry events and trade shows to grow existing and create new business leads and contacts.
