Hamilton Mayday and Interaction Recruitment are a leading agency with locations nationwide and we are looking to expand our hospitality and catering division across our existing branch network, based in our Camberley office in Surrey.
We are looking to recruit either experienced hospitality recruitment consultants or candidates from within the hospitality and catering industry who have a passion for recruiting and placing candidates into the right roles. We work with many different hospitality and facilities management sites and you will need to be comfortable with various compliance requirements depending on the client's needs.
The hours are Monday to Friday with very occasional evening and/or weekend work (time off in lieu) during the daytime.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:
1. Manage your desk on a daily basis speaking to both candidates and clients to fulfill their requirements.
2. Resource your candidates using our existing job boards and social media.
3. Develop new business and maintain and look after existing accounts.
4. Engage in sales activity making cold and warm sales calls to prospective clients.
5. Hit your agreed KPIs and financial targets.
6. Perform some admin and compliance duties.
7. Exhibit clear communication skills as this is key in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
8. Work well with others and also on your own initiative.
9. Have good knowledge of IT packages.
