Role Overview:
1. Support students with SEN needs in Education and Training
2. Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
3. Based in Tower Hamlets
4. Long-term role with potential teacher training or psychology pathway
5. Immediate or September start
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other needs
2. Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists
3. Help with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement
4. Participate in regular training and development sessions
