We are seeking a Secondary SEMH Tutor to provide personalised support to students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and low confidence. About the Role: Provide 1:1 or small-group tuition for secondary-aged students with SEMH needs Assess, plan, and deliver a tailored scheme of work to meet individual learning needs Build confidence and resilience in students, helping them to re-engage with education Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly Create a positive, supportive learning environment About You: ✔ Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH needs ✔ Ability to plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons ✔ Patient, empathetic, and skilled at building trust with students ✔ Strong communication skills to liaise with parents, carers, and professionals This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on students who need it most.
