This insurance business is growing rapidly and is looking for an expert like you to join and be the go-to for all things Training & Competence.
You’ll have full autonomy to shape this role for yourself. The foundations are in place; they just need you to come in and drive it forward.
This role is remote, with occasional trips to either Sheffield or Surrey.
They’re investing heavily in ensuring all of their staff are highly skilled and that gaps are closed, starting with those in customer-facing roles.
For example, everyone has 15 hours of CPD to complete per year, and you’ll track to ensure completion.
Experience across a contact center would be beneficial as they have both outsourced and in-house teams.
They’ve also invested in great e-learning systems to assist you.
There will be plenty of opportunities for you to develop further and take on more responsibility, potentially leading a team in the future.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits + Bonus
