Job Description
Receptionist – £12.31 per hour Part Time 30 hours per week
Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have a bubbly and friendly personality? We are seeking vibrant individuals to join our Reception Team at The Kenmore Club. This role is permanent, operating 365 days a year, and may require evening and weekend shifts according to the department rota.
Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main duties include but are not limited to:
1. Checking guests in and out, handling queries, complaints, and requests, and processing payments where appropriate
2. Answering the switchboard promptly and professionally
3. Performing general administrative duties and daily banking
4. Being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
5. Promoting the resort and company via social media channels
6. Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers
