Finance and Admin Support 40 hours a week - Office based role 5 days a week Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Finance Team they are responsible for overseeing and elevating the administrative burden of the Head Office Team as a whole. Key Deliverables Provide admin support to the finance team – examples being filing, postage and other similar duties. Monitor, review and action all relevant mail inboxes daily Ad hoc finance credit control duties to support the team Scanning, filing and logging all documents received in the post Updating computerised systems for all Head Office teams Preparing letters, memos and internal communications for all relevant Head of Teams. Liaise on calendar meetings, help organise events and assist in the smooth running of Head Office. Calling Client regarding onboarding, offboarding and financial issues. Supporting the Payroll Credit Control Supervisor on the day-to-day tasks and issues and cover them in their absence. Supporting the Purchase Ledger Clerk on the day-to-day tasks and issues and cover them in their absence. Support other areas of financial administration including the procurement department and commercial team with all administrative requirements.
