We are looking for a Sales Valuer to join our clients, a hugely successful and expanding company based in the Colchester area. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year's experience in property valuations within either estate agency or new homes.
This role is predominantly office-based, working in a fast paced and collaborative team providing desktop valuations to residential homeowners.
Working hours:
1. Monday to Friday
My client is offering the successful Sales Valuer:
2. Up to £30,000 Basic
3. Realistic OTE £34,000

Sales Valuer requirements:
10. A minimum of 1 year’s experience within estate agency or new homes sales
11. Highly driven and passionate
12. Ability to work individually, as well as, part of a wider team
13. Strong customer service skills
14. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
15. Valuing properties to residential home owners
16. Building relationships with both the developers and the estate agents in the local area
17. Expected to collaborate with your team to hit the targets
