•The successful applicant will project manage complex transactions, liaise with bankers and corporate finance houses and work with the firm’s in-house specialists from its tax, employment, IP and commercial property teams.
•You should have experience of completing transactions within demanding timescales and be able to adopt a proactive and flexible approach to negotiations.
•You will be able to advise on a broad range of areas including the sale and purchase of businesses, de-mergers and restructures, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholders agreements, partnership formations and retirements, business start-ups and fundraising, corporate governance issues, and board room and shareholder disputes.
