Our clients encompass national and multinational corporations, global financial institutions, asset managers and investment funds, governments, and regulatory bodies. We combine our transactional expertise with in-depth sector experience focusing on our chosen sectors: Financial Institutions; Asset Management & Investment Funds; Health care and Life Sciences; TMT; Fintech; and Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure. Our UK Corporate team focuses on the following core areas: Transactions for asset management and investment funds and private equity; M&A, public and private; Joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructurings; Corporate governance and listed company advisory; and Equity capital markets; We have an ambitious growth strategy focussed on delivering premium work for premium clients in our chosen sectors in a way which supports our firm’s purpose of building a next generation law firm. The role Our Corporate practice is keen to hear from experienced lawyers with real estate private equity (REPE) experience to join our growing team in London. The role will provide the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile REPE transactions. You will work with Partners and associates in both London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group. Candidate specification You are a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years PQE, with experience in REPE / corporate real estate transactions in the UK. In addition, candidates will have significant joint ventures experience. You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
