Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus 25 Days Paid Holiday, Vendor Certifications, Private Pension Scheme, Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing technical queries both remotely and on-site.
3. Assist with infrastructure upgrades and new system implementations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and efficiently resolve IT issues.
5. Maintain and update documentation for all IT support and infrastructure changes.
Key Skills:
1. Previous experience in IT support roles, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
2. Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with Office 365, network configuration, and general IT maintenance.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
