Job Summary
You are a part of the NHV’s Finance team and you work closely together with the bases of the entities you are responsible for.
Respons. & areas
CLOSINGS (MONTHLY AND YEARLY)
· Month end closing
· Provide support and help team members in all accounting and financial related matters
· Provide support during statutory audits
· Preparation of Annual Accounts
INVOICES
· Process incoming invoices and credit notes on a daily basis to ensure that correct settlement can be guaranteed, follow up on missing approvals
· Follow up, post, assimilate the invoices according to the accurate and structured process
· Provide support for local tax obligations for WHT, VAT and other local taxes if applicable.
· Edit and distribute the invoices to customers and collect the payments of the customers
· Follow up employee expenses in Rydoo
PAYMENTS
· Daily bank postings
· Ensure that VAT, Payroll and other local taxes are paid when due
PROJECTS
· Ad-hoc assistance for financial or accounting projects
Experience
· Bachelor in economy or accounting or similar through experience
Skills
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Hands on mentality
· Commitment to meet deadlines
· Good communication skills
· Driven by results, work accurate, problem solver
· Languages: English
· Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
