We are seeking an Account Executive to work closely with our Account Managers on various projects, offering a hybrid working policy and flexibility in choosing where to work.
Purpose of the Role:
You will be the face of Dee Set, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to ensure profitable growth of existing business and development of new opportunities.
Key Objectives:
* Provide day-to-day support to clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Build strong relationships with brands and deliver exceptional customer service for business growth.
* Support the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Manage key processes to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing activity.
Responsibilities:
* Support the management of a dynamic portfolio of accounts with Retailers and Brands.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
* Recommend continuous process improvements in response to changing customer requirements.
* Complete administration tasks accurately and to deadline to meet customer requirements.
* Understand and improve weekly processes to support service excellence.
* Monitor and deliver financial KPIs, including sales and profitability budgets.
* Manage customer briefs from booking to invoicing using established processes.
* Work with internal support functions to meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to maximize sales opportunities.
* Work with the Data Science team to meet reporting requirements internally and externally.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to build trust and rapport, developing lasting customer relationships.
* Can-do attitude with drive and tenacity to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
* Understanding of customer needs and ability to develop practical solutions.

* Familiarity with budgets and performance targets.
* Good written, Excel, oral, and communication skills.
* Efficient and organized, self-motivated while working remotely.
* Relentless improvement mindset.
* Full UK driving license with access to personal vehicle.
