TRIbuild have an opportunity for a Project Manager who can lead tenders, oversee financial forecasting, and manage contract negotiations while ensuring seamless project execution. The Role: This position is based in Essex and as the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in tendering, program management, and commercial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management - Lead the tendering process, ensuring competitive and commercially viable bids, managing documentation, and engaging with clients. Financial Oversight - Conduct financial forecasting for live projects and report on Value of Work Done. Contracts & Procurement - Prepare tender packs, negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and manage agreements using SAP. Project Planning & Programs - Oversee project programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal project teams. M&E Coordination - Manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) elements within projects, ensuring technical and design requirements are met. Stage Gate & Documentation Management - Navigate stage gate processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for seamless project approvals. Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure utilities sector. Strong commercial experience, including financial forecasting, contract negotiation, and tender management. Experience managing M&E elements and coordinating with design teams.
