Role: Service advisor
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £24,000 with bonus OTE £34,000
Recruiting for my client based in Saint Leonards who are looking for a service advisor to join their growing team.
You will be:
1. Providing customers with a warm, inviting, and streamlined experience.
2. Building strong and trusting relationships whilst delivering outstanding levels of efficiency and communication.
3. Being a knowledgeable and supportive point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.
4. Successfully managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business, and the customer to guarantee a highly satisfactory customer experience and meet brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing exceptional levels of customer service and ownership throughout your customer's experience.
2. Ensuring a close relationship with the workshop to guarantee a high standard of communication for the customer.
3. Contributing to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets.
4. Handling customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently to create and maintain customer loyalty and retention.
5. Confidently establishing an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
6. Accurately maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
7. Managing the handover and administration and explaining the work carried out on the vehicle, ensuring customers' full understanding and authorisation.
8. Understanding and adhering to manufacturer service requirements.
9. Maintaining safe working practices and abiding by high standards of the business.
10. Taking on additional responsibilities as required by the business.
Skills & Requirements:
Essential:
1. Full UK driving licence.

5. Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

1. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service.
