We are working with an established property services organisation that is looking for a contracts manager for the delivery of planned works and refurbishments of social housing properties.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of site managers to deliver refurbishment and planned works
* Manage all site personnel, including sub-contractors
* Ensure that works are undertaken in a timely manner and within budget
* Attend monthly meetings to review performance and plan future works
Minimum Requirements:
* NVQ level 3 minimum in construction management or equivalent
* Current SMSTS certification
* Managerial experience within social housing
* Full UK drivers licence for regular site travel
