Relationship Manager and Materials Manager

Relationship Manager & Materials Manager needed by a small national training company. We need a full-time, in-office person to build and preserve trusting relationships with our valued clients and to update, design, and expand our current learning content.
You must love interacting with people and be experienced in client services. You must be an excellent communicator, work well with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with all parties. You must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills, motivated to help clients and associates.
Relationship Management Responsibilities:
1. Understand and address client and associate needs - field requests from team members, client participants, managers, and administrators.
2. Find and provide solutions quickly, effectively, efficiently, and with pleasure.
3. Identify key staff in client companies to facilitate productive and efficient relationships.
4. Coordinate with sales & training staff to create, communicate, and provide client training materials and delivery schedules.
5. Coordinate and load online learning client curriculums into Absorb TMS.
6. Communicate possible additional services and selling opportunities to the internal team.
7. Gain solid knowledge of our products, solutions, results, and competitors.
Materials Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all materials design elements and maintain consistency of our brand.
2. Create PowerPoint training presentations as needed for the sales team and marketing.
3. Gather feedback and take sales input on training improvements, yet maintain the core selling system integrity.
4. Create new courses in our TMS including the creation of course steps, quizzes, and videos.
5. Troubleshoot all materials and online questions and issues.
6. Continue to keep a pulse on the training industry to continually upgrade our materials.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or experience in customer service/sales.
2. Must work in the local Cincinnati office.
3. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
4. Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude. Follow-through to solve issues. Must own the outcomes.
5. Excellent communication skills, great at fostering positive relationships.
6. Teamwork and leadership skills.
7. Creative and graphical skills required.
8. Detail-oriented for the development of materials.
9. Instructional design experience helpful but not required.
10. Strong PowerPoint and graphical skills.
11. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
12. Experienced with design software such as Canva or Adobe.
13. BS/BA in business or education preferred.
14. Knowledge of training or banking, insurance, and financial services industries a plus.
