We’re hiring a Microsoft Practice Lead to join our Northern Ireland team to drive the growth and delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. This is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid work pattern that will involve leading a Belfast based team.

ABOUT THE JOB
This role involves leading a dedicated stream within our Microsoft Business Applications practice, shaping its vision, assets, and delivery strategy. You’ll report to the Head of Technical Delivery and play a pivotal role in growing and structuring the practice while delivering solutions to our clients.
You will lead a collaborative team of up to four sub-teams, each managed by a Team Lead, ensuring a productive and profitable practice. You’ll also work closely with a diverse team of 50 people based in our Belfast office, located on the 8th Floor of the Boat Building, Queen’s Square, Belfast alongside colleagues in our other UK and Ireland offices. Your role spans from pre-sales to sales delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
Your role is a balance between being chargeable (60%) and non-chargeable (40%), enabling you to stay close to delivery while driving strategic initiatives and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the delivery of complex business application projects across multiple industries.
* Provide technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
* Act as a trusted advisor for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
* Drive practice-level improvements, from methodology to asset creation and development.
* Develop reusable offerings to streamline delivery and enhance client value.
* Maintain high levels of chargeability and team utilisation.
* Collaborate with Codec leaders to align practice goals with company objectives.
* Support business development efforts, including pre-sales, proposal creation, and client pitches.
* Foster internal relationships with sales enablement, sales, and operations teams to drive seamless collaboration and success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
ABOUT YOU

* At least 8 years of experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
* Strong consulting background with experience in two or more industry verticals.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving chargeability and utilisation.
* Exceptional client engagement abilities, from pre-sales to delivery.
* Commercial awareness and experience with project budgets, resource planning, and delivery.
* Thought leadership in Microsoft technologies, with an ability to influence and drive strategy.
* Experience in process improvement and delivering repeatable methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
