Where no two days are the same you will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, ensuring sites remain health and safety compliant as well as negotiating leases and contract renewals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager what will allow you to have sole management of a portfolio of properties, providing you with the autonomy to showcase your skills and expertise.
