Part-Time Administrator

Location: Leeds
Salary: £14 an hour
Hours: 15 hours per week/2 days
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable migrant women and their social issues? Do you have excellent organisational and administrative skills? We at Complete Woman CIC are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the charity.
2. Assist with managing the charity’s communications (phone, email, social media).
3. Help maintain and organise records, files, and databases.
4. Support fundraising efforts, including preparing documents, event coordination, and donor management.
5. Volunteer management.
6. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
7. Collaborate with other team members on various administrative projects.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role (charity experience a plus).
5. Compassionate, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
