We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis. Immediate start for the right candidate.
Your working hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30-4.30 or 9.00-5.00. Please note this is NOT a hybrid or remote role; you will be working onsite.
Your duties will include:
1. Raising invoices, manually and on internal systems
2. Credit control duties
3. Scanning and filing paperwork
4. Dealing with customer and supplier queries
5. Issue of Customer Statements & supplier remittances
Skills/Experience:
1. Use of Sage 50
2. Excellent IT skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Accounts
5. Admin and customer service
