Administrator An opportunity has arisen for a prestigious company based in Belfast, who are currently seeking an experienced Office Admin to join their team. This is a part-time, Fixed Term Maternity Contract Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 9am - 1pm Salary: £24,000 pro rata Essential Criteria: Previous experience within an administration role ideally in an office/corporate environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team Good time management skills Excellent attention to details Main Duties and Responsibilities: Record Creation and Document Management including assisting with the maintenance and development of filing systems and processes Assisting with the management of the administration Providing world-class service to clients Co-ordinating with other departments within the company when required Diary and other timetabling management, photocopying and such other general administrative duties Dealing with phone calls and other correspondence Any other duties as required Skills: Administrator Admin Support Assistant Belfast Part Time
